How this plan works本计划的设计依据

Time-boxed, not quota-boxed以时间为界,而非以数量为界

Each block runs a fixed number of minutes. The listed level is the target — if a hard level runs long, carry the rest to tomorrow. Understanding beats finishing.每个学习块时长固定。所列关卡是目标——若某个难关耗时较长,把剩余部分留到明天。理解比做完更重要。

Difficulty-aware pacing难度自适应节奏

Spaced & interleaved practice间隔与交错练习

Hardest thinking first最难的先做

A 5-minute end-of-day log and a Friday weekly review turn passive exposure into durable understanding.每天结束写 5 分钟记录、周五做每周回顾,把被动接触变成牢固理解。

Interest leads兴趣引路

Puzzles, AI, data, and physics keep motivation high. Curiosity is the engine; coverage is just the exhaust.谜题、AI、数据与物理保持高动力。好奇心是引擎,进度只是尾气。

Protect the body & celebrate progress照顾身体、庆祝进步

Sleep, breakfast, water, and a little movement before 9:00 protect the morning brain. Tick each block; missing a day is fine — just resume.睡眠、早餐、喝水以及 9:00 前的少量运动保护“晨间大脑”。勾掉每个块;漏一天也没关系——继续即可。
